Yes, we are a fully insured and licensed moving company. We have the authority from the federal government to engage in interstate commerce anywhere in the country and we also hold intrastate authorities in the states that require them in which we conduct most of our business. Either 25% or 50% of your quoted amount is the down payment and it is due prior the moving services beginning, and the residual balance is due once the moving services have been completed or if your move is a flat rate then you will need to pay prior to the unload.
Unfortunately, to avoid incurring the transaction fee on your invoice you must pay with cash or through an ACH transfer.
Yes, the movers will call or text you when they are on their way to your home. If you need them to call you at a certain time before they arrive, please let us know so we can relay the message to the crew members prior to your move.
