Meredith College held a dedication ceremony on Friday, April 24, to name the College’s Science and Mathematics Building in honor of alumna Vickie Regan Rolfe, ’71, and her husband Chris Rolfe.
Meredith College raised $1,704,966 in 24 hours during the College’s Make It Count for Meredith Giving Day, held on February 24, 2026. The fundraising event exceeded its $1.5 million goal by more than $200,00, with 2,568 donors contributing to the campaign.
In April 2025, Meredith College celebrated the inauguration of its ninth president, Aimee Sapp, with a nine-day celebration. Presidential inaugurations are important moments in a college’s history.
Meredith students serve as mentors to local elementary school children through the Mentoring Angels program.
Data science and biology courses collaborated during the spring 2026 semester to provide students with real-world experiences.
