LTY’s managing principal has nearly 35 years of experience as an MEP engineering consultant. Of this time, nearly all has been dedicated to the design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for schools and other educational support facilities in Texas. In fact, approximately 90 percent of our clients are Texas school districts, private schools, colleges and universities. And, more than 95 percent of our clients are returning clients.

Since 2014, LTY has partnered with clients on K–12 projects in Aldine, Arlington, Brenham, Calallen, Channelview, Cypress-Fairbanks, Dallas, Goose Creek Consolidated, Fort Bend, Houston, Humble, Katy, LaPorte, Magnolia, Melissa, Montgomery, New Caney, Pasadena, Round Rock, Spring Branch, Texas City, and Wharton ISDs.

Our higher education projects have included Houston Community College, Lamar Institute of Technology, Lee College, Lone Star College, Sam Houston State University, San Jacinto College, Texas A&M University, Texas Southern University, Texas State Technical College, Texas State University, University of Houston and West Texas A&M University.
