There's a "big mouth" inside your head — and if you're a business owner or professional, chances are it's been running your show longer than you'd like to admit. This voice questions every decision, replays every mistake, and predicts failure before you've even started. It disguises itself as preparation. It calls itself "due diligence." But make no mistake — it's the number one reason smart, talented people stay stuck. I know this because I've spent decades on stage as a Mindset Adjuster, working with leaders and teams across the globe. And the pattern never changes: the biggest barrier to success isn't talent or resources. It's the overthinking trap. Here's the truth: your thoughts are not facts. The "big mouth" is not your wisdom — it's your fear in disguise. And you have the power to change what gets the microphone in your mind. Start with one shift: instead of asking "What if this goes wrong?" ask "What's the best first step I can take right now?" Your brain will go to work answering whatever you ask it. Choose the better question. And don't underestimate your HUMOR BEING — the capacity to laugh at your own spiraling thoughts is one of the fastest ways to break the cycle and get back to doing the work that matters. You are not your thoughts. You are the thinker of your thoughts.
