No Website Actions are shown on your Website Actions page
If you don’t have any actions on your Website Actions list, there might be an issue with your Insight Tag. We recommend taking the following steps to ensure your Insight Tag is set up correctly:

Check to make sure the Insight Tag is installed correctly on your website.
- If you or your developer installed the Insight Tag - Review the steps for setting up your Insight Tag.
- If you used a tag manager - Review how to set up different tag managers.

Confirm that your Insight Tag status is Active.
- Learn how to check your Insight Tag status.
- If your Insight Tag status isn’t active, review the following tips to troubleshoot your tag.

Confirm that the Insight Tag has been installed for at least 24 hours (and, in some cases, up to 72 hours) and that you’ve had traffic on your website in the last 30 days.

After you’ve taken the steps above, refresh the Website Actions page.

Can’t find a button or page on my Website Actions list
From your Website Actions page in Campaign Manager, select either the Button clicks or Page visits tab at the top of your page. To find specific buttons or pages, you can use the sort and search functions.

| Sort by name | Click the arrows next to either Button or Page to sort alphabetically. |
| Sort by number of clicks or visits | Click the arrow next to either Number of clicks (last 30 days) or Number of visits (last 30 days) to sort by the highest or lowest number. |
| Search | Enter your button name or page name in the search box. |
If you can’t find your button or page, keep in mind that there are some cases where they won’t appear on your Website Actions list:
- After you add your Insight Tag to your website, Website Actions will typically be available within 24 hours. In some cases, it can take up to 72 hours.
- Buttons that appear on iframes can’t be tracked.
- Buttons or pages on a subdomain that doesn’t have the Insight Tag installed can’t be tracked.
- Buttons or pages with a low number of clicks or visits might not appear. This can include new buttons or pages you’ve recently added.
My Website Actions retargeting audience count is low
When you create an audience using Website Actions, it’ll appear on your Audiences page in Campaign Manager. Once your audience is ready for use, you’ll see an audience count on your Audiences page. That number will likely be different than the number of actions shown on your Website Actions page, since they track different metrics and time periods.
