What Qualifies for an RMA?

You may request an RMA if:

  • Your order was received within the past 30 days
  • The item is new, unused, and in original packaging
  • The product is not special order or electronic
  • You received approval from our customer service team

Returns without an RMA number will be refused.

What to Expect

  • Submit the form below and we’ll review your request.
  • If eligible, we’ll issue an RMA number within 1–2 business days.
  • You’ll receive detailed return instructions via email.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
  • Restocking fees may apply depending on item type.

Reminder: If your order included free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund.

Return Address & Instructions

Once your RMA is approved, you’ll receive the correct return address and instructions.
Please do not ship items to our West Palm Beach office unless specifically directed.

Common RMA Questions

Q: How do I know if my item is returnable?
A: If it’s unused, not a special order or electronic, and within 30 days — you’re probably good. Submit the form to confirm.

Q: Can I send the item back before getting an RMA?
A: No — all returns must be authorized first. Unapproved returns will be refused.

Q: Will I get a prepaid return label?
A: Only if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the item, we process refunds within 10 business days.
