I’ve been debating a career in the dog industry for a little while now, and after some disappointing discussions with other training schools it was a breath of fresh air to receive a phone call from Laura C today. She took the time to really explain the difference between the courses I have enrolled on (level 3,4&5 canine behaviour) and gave me the confidence that this can be a an achievable journey with support and structure. The price is more than fair, and monthly payment options make it an affordable way to learn and progress. Again a massive thank you to Laura for taking the time to explain it all to me, and listen to me yap on about my dogs. I’m looking forward to start learning and get qualified!

I was listened with sincere attention and care.Today Pal your customer representative that I spoken to really help me to resolve and provided me with right guidance to use my course credit toward picking a course, complete and then choose another within my credit range.I was under the impression that I had to pick number of courses to match my course credit and race against time to complete them all.

Brilliant!!

I looked into this course because i was interested in becoming a teaching assistant as my next carreer move, a man named harley rang me the next day to have a chat about what the course consists of, payment and etc, Harley was super knowledgeable and very accommodating, we spoke about what options he thought would be best suited to my situation, i asked him to give me a call back a couple of days later so that i would have some time to think about it, he called me back as planned and spoke with me and my mum about the next steps, i have now put down my deposit and begun the course, he was brilliant throughout!! thank you xx
