From design through construction and final walkthrough, you work with a dedicated team that knows your project inside and out. We are here for more than the construction phase, we aim to build lasting relationships with homeowners who trust us with their homes again and again.
Most remodels go over budget because too many decisions are made after the work begins. Our project development phase locks in the layout, materials, and pricing before a single wall comes down. You get a fixed-price agreement, 3D renderings of your finished space, and a client portal where you can track every decision, document, and update from start to finish.
We guide our clients with full transparency. We simplify the decisions in front of you, set realistic expectations, and never push upgrades you do not need. The goal is to help you make good calls about your home, not to talk you into a bigger project.
Construction does not have to take over your life. Our team shows up in marked vehicles and company apparel, cleans up at the end of every day, and uses zip-wall systems to keep dust contained. Project managers carry no more than three or four jobs at a time, so your remodel gets the attention it deserves.

This is a quick call for us to learn what you are thinking about, followed by a site visit to see the space in person. No pressure, no sales pitch.
We come back with a clear scope, a conceptual layout, and an investment range so you know what your project is likely to cost before you commit to anything beyond a conversation.
Once you decide to move forward, we finalize the layout, walk through the materials with our vendor designers, deliver 3D renderings, and lock in a fixed-price build agreement with confirmed start and completion dates.
Our team works on daily cleanup, weekly check-ins, and a clear schedule you can follow in JobTread. When the job is done, we walk through every detail with you, hand over your warranty packet, and stay available long after the project closes out.

Timelines depend on the size and scope of the project. A bathroom remodel typically runs four to eight weeks, a kitchen runs six to sixteen weeks, and a whole home remodel runs eight to sixteen weeks. We give you a finalized start and completion date during the project development phase, before construction begins.
We are upfront about pricing. Bathroom remodels start around $30,000, kitchens start around $60,000, basements start around $55,000, and whole home projects start around $150,000. Final pricing depends on layout changes, materials, and finishes. You can find detailed starting points on each of our service pages.
We handle it. Our team leads the design and layout work directly, and we partner with the designers at our preferred vendors for material selection. You get 3D renderings of your space before construction begins, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.
The point of our design phase is to settle every decision before construction starts, which means change orders are rare on our projects. If something does come up, we walk you through the options, the cost, and the schedule impact, in writing, before any work moves forward.
Yes. We are fully licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and every project is backed by a two-year warranty on our installations, plus the manufacturer warranties on the products and materials we use.
