Vector
A Balanced Approach Leads to Booming Growth

Vector has had a number of vehicles wrapped, which they said used to suffer from “white van syndrome.” Now, their fleet includes more than 30 vehicles! Their bright, eye-catching brand comes to life not only on their vehicle wraps but also across equipment stickers, uniforms, stationery, and brochures—creating a seamless, unified presence at every service call. They now have a real presence in their Twin Cities market, even getting phone calls from customers saying they saw their van out in their neighborhood. That recognition led to a $2.6 million increase in revenue in 2024 compared to 2023!
Some other incredible numbers they’ve achieved are:
- 30.47% reduction in cost per conversion
- 235% increase in conversion rate
- 225% increase in conversions
Not only has the rebrand helped with sales, but it has invigorated the team internally. Karen and Tom could see the change right away when they introduced the new logo to their employees. Karen said a technician wearing the new look walked out showing the strength of the new brand: “His head was held high, his shoulders back, and you could tell he was proud to be part of the company. It was a turning point for Vector.” We even designed a branded wall wrap for their office! They don’t even need to recruit new team members anymore—Karen and Tom said that they get calls from technicians wanting to join them after seeing their vans on the road!
Don’t underestimate the impact a rebrand can have on how your company is seen both externally and internally—what a change it can make!
“It is worth every penny and more. It’s hard to put a number on it immediately because we’re only three months in, but we’re seeing it three months in. We can’t imagine what three years is gonna be like with that.” — Tom Balko, Owner
