I come all the way from my hometown Roi Et, Thailand, well-known for its jasmine rice and various spices. Back home, we use highly traditional cooking methods, paired with authentic sauce recipes that have been passed down from generations before me. PT Thai Makmur is our principal and we are one of the Brand that expand first time at Canggu Bali

Thongphun Thanatdi

Thongphun Thanatdi has nearly 30 years of experience preparing exquisite Thai dishes, both in Thailand and internationally, with stints at Thai eateries in Dubai and California. He credits his mother as his primary influence, as she was a remarkable home cook who taught him how to bring out the genuine flavors of the ingredients.
According to Chef Thongphun, the key to Thai cuisine lies in carefully choosing the finest and most fresh ingredients, and handling them with reverence and affection.
