I think it's also important to point out that yoga TTCs aren't just about learning asana (physical postures). They also provide a unique opportunity to learn about yoga philosophy, meditation, and breathing techniques. Many students find that these other aspects of yoga are just as important as the physical aspect. In fact, some students report that the philosophy and meditation aspects of their yoga TTC were more transformative than the asana classes. So, when you're considering different TTCs, be sure to take a look at the other aspects of the course.
