Ghanshyam Sarda, leading the Sarda Group of Industries, is set to establish a training center to empower novice jute workers, aiming to fortify the local economy. Based in Kolkata, the Sarda Group operates extensively across West Bengal, with interests spanning jute, real estate, and information technology sectors, boasting an impressive turnover of Rs. 2,000 crore. Its eight jute mills collectively produce over 500 tonnes of jute goods daily. The upcoming Jute Mill in Alwar, Rajasthan, entails an estimated investment of Rs. 100 crore.
