40-Day Return Policy
At Kaadas, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital locks that meet your expectations. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 40-day return policy from the date of installation.
Eligibility Criteria
- This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly from Kaadas Singapore.
- The return period begins on the date of installation.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, free from damage or misuse, and must include all original accessories.
- Eligible products include all digital door lock model digital gate lock.
Refund & Associated Charges
- Refunds will be processed based on the product price paid, with deductions for installation, removal, and transport services.
- Installation and removal must be performed by Kaadas’s professional team.
- Vouchers utilised will be forfeited, and the refund amount will exclude the voucher value.
A detailed breakdown of applicable charges will be provided during the return process.
Applicable Charges:
- Installation & removal by Kaadas’ professional team only (Both ways): $150
- Transport (Both ways): $100
- Total: $250
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service team within 40 days of installation to initiate the return request.
- Our team will coordinate the removal of the lock and guide you through the process.
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Exclusions & Final Provisions
- Products that have been tampered with, misused, modify or damaged are not eligible for return.
- All return and refund decisions made by Kaadas Singapore are final.
