Sales Contract Effectiveness

The sales contract between JSBIT and the customer is considered effective upon the issuance or sending of the invoice, based on the customer’s order.

Payment Terms

If payment is not made by the due date stated on the invoice, the sales contract may be canceled, and the order will be voided.

Confirming the Mining Machine Model

Please ensure the correct mining machine model is confirmed before purchase, as no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order has been delivered.

Shipping and Delivery Information

Once your payment is processed, it takes about 1-3 business days to confirm inventory. After that, delivery usually takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary by region. In case your country or region isn’t on our shipping list, we will notify you promptly. Upgraded Shipping: Expedited services via DHL, UPS, or FedEx are available for an additional cost. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to one business day for the carrier to update the tracking details.
