Had a pipe burst. Ethan and Brody came out at 9pm Sunday night and worked amazingly fast to get flooring and trim removed, and then getting fans and a dehumidifier set up for us. Would recommend to a friend or family member for their service. 🙌

They went right to work taking out wet carpet padding and setting up fans. They were wonderful. Very polite. Today Eddie from the company came and checked everything out and helped us with decisions on what comes next. He also was very helpful. This will end up being a huge process to get everything taken care of but we feel confident that John Grace’s people will take good care of us. John Grace is great. Our mobile home had water coming in where our wall and roof meet. They came in and got the moisture dried out and took care of the mildew and mold.
