Engaging JMS Roger debt collector was a complete waste of time and money. They are no different from the debtor themselves—no results, no accountability, and no professionalism.We were promised biweekly updates, but updates suddenly stopped altogether. Only later did we find out they “couldn’t locate” the debtor because the debtor stays in a condo and stopped allowing them entry. Because of this, JMS Roger claimed they couldn’t do anything further. If that’s the case, then frankly, I might as well not have hired them in the first place.To make matters worse, Vijay kept encouraging us to list down and add the amounts we wanted to claim, which led us to pay a few thousand dollars to JMS Roger. In the end, their efforts were no different from me personally trying to contact the debtor—no leverage, no solution, no outcome.The worst part is the lack of communication. They simply stopped giving updates without explanation. For a debt collection agency, this is unacceptable.

Engaged JMS in Mar 2025 to chase debt from my customer. They managed to collect monthly instalments from customer, but cannot release to me back to back. Need to wait all collected then only can close file and release money.Okay, i wait…Aug 2025 my customer had settled every payment. But JMS says need to take another 21 working days to release.Guess what, now already mid November, JMS still have not released the money to me. Promised me few dates to remit but failed doing so. Telling that they are busy, need to move office, change system etc.C’mon. I just need my money back and move on focus my business. Funny to say that I am chasing debt on a debt chasing company now…

Disappointing Experience with Jxx Debt Collection*I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Jxx Debt Collection. I engaged them to collect a debt of $22,000 and paid a hefty 10% admin fee of $2,200. However, the results were abysmal – they’ve managed to recover less than $3,500, a fraction of what I was owed. For a debt over $20K, it would take 18 years to pay it off. My first debt recovery of $60 was in May 2022.Before signing up, they made numerous promises about their collection methods and strategies. But when I wanted to meet with them to discuss the case and express my concerns, they told me they only meet once during engagement. It seems like they’re more interested in collecting upfront fees than actually delivering results.Their lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-through is appalling. I regret paying such a high admin fee for such poor service. Unless they revamp their approach, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Lesson learned: be cautious of agencies that make big promises but fail to deliver. Now they’re threatening legal action against customers who engaged them to collect debt, but why aren’t they taking step to collect the debt from the actual debtors.

Tired of chasing your debtors? Engage JMS Rogers, where you’ll get to chase a whole bunch of other people. So many people are assigned to your case and won’t know who to contact. They like to push you to one person after another.Communication among their team members are a joke. Finance, recovery and management department are a separate entity. Once collected debt from debtor, payment processing can take up to 1 month. Always with the same excuse, “missed out”.Updates are infrequent although in the contract it states every 2 weeks. They say will get back to you but still forget and have to ask again.Engaged their services for 1 year and only gotten back 10% of current debt.

I engaged JMS Rogers to recover funds that my friend has borrowed from me and MIA on me. Thomas Yow was the case manager assigned to me and he managed to recover the funds within a week without needing a house visit, which i thought was really competent of him. During the process of the funds recovery, he also called me to ensure that I was well updated with his progresses, and I really appreciated that accountability on his end :)There were some hiccups on the back end where they sent my funds that were recovered to the wrong person/account. I checked out many collection agencies that were advertise on Google. After thorough comparison and conversations with them, I chose JMS for following reason:1. Trust – I checked out various collection agencies and some of them didn’t want to meet me in their offices. They arranged to meet outside even though I insisted on going to their office. JMS welcomed me to their office shortly after I reached out to them.2. Contract – JMS took the time to clarify the terms of our engagement. For areas that didn’t apply to my case, we were able to amend it accordingly. For the other agencies, I felt pressured by them to have me to sign on the spot even though the document was long and I had questions. When I ask a question, the answer is always “this is standard document.” Who expects somebody to be handed a 10 page legal document and sign on the spot?3. Promptness – Within 10 days of engaging JMS, the debtor paid! It was so fast and efficient. And within 2 to 3 weeks, JMS paid me as per their promise.Overall, great professionalism from start to finish. I would highly recommend them over others that are advertised on google. Great job!

JMS rogers came to my house as a debt collection service to begin with. So i was the debtor in this case. I spoke to the person and said that the reason why we cant come into a conclusion of the disputed amount of money has its own cause and reason. He accepted it and i told him that i will prefer a mediation with a third party. He then recommended themselves as they have a mediation department and are very experienced with it. Hence, i agreed to their service of a mediating third party.Met them in their office and met with the claimant with an appointment. The whole meeting started out with the staff of JMS Rogers claiming that the claimant is their client. So how is this a mediation when you are representing one party? JMS rogers spent time to listen to the claimant’s side of the story while i wasnt given a separate session to understand my side of the story. So if you guys boasted that you have 100 plus mediation experience, at least get the process right. I should have just walked out that day because the setting was already not in a neutral setting.JMS rogers, you guys have a terrible understanding of mediation. Just stay as a debt collection service if you guys want to take a stand with on party without understanding the full story. Useless mediation service as proclamined.

Terrible debt collection service provider. They were 100% reliant on leads provided by me, but because they took such a long time to follow up, I’m pretty sure the debtors have absconded.I had left a negative review before, but they called frantically to request me to take it down and give them a chance to follow up closely. However, this is just a ruse to drag my case continuously.They claimed they arranged a night visit on 6 June and despite multiple calls and texts, the response is just “Will update you next day”. It’s already July now as I write this but I don’t understand why the long delay and lack of initiative to communicate.Seriously, don’t be taken in by their follow ups. It’s just sharing photos and videos that they visited the place and did their job. No planning, no discussion with a client on what to do next.I’ve given up hope on my claim and just felt sad I wasted my money on this company. Engaged back in 2022, settled with debtor on disgustingly low installment plan before informing me. After the few initial low installments, no more payment. Have to chase your own debt collector for update. Said update was bi-weekly, but take 2 weeks to reply. So it’s more like monthly update. Just simple generic “will check on this” update. Totally no idea what service was rendered.Read the fine print lmao. 3 updates and my contract with them lapsed. I simply asked for a finalized update on leftover unpaid debt. Their customers relationship manager had the pathetic excuse of saying their system glitched and all past records were gone. They spend so much money on marketing and yet they still cheat their clients. I did my research and a friend recommended them to me, so we thought we were in good hands. Our company paid 16k to them, and we got our 1st update after 2 months! After that, 3 months later, still nothing. You can always find the bosses and managers out drinking and partying, but not once have they ever gone to the field. When I questioned them for updates and if anything is being done, we get pushed around. When our female manager went to their office for an update, they bullied her and pushed her around, until she left and was so terrified by them! We were cheated by our customer, and now cheated by JMS Roger’s! We have no choice but to bring the media and sue them in court for this. It’s been too long and we’ve given too many chances!

Engaged JMS Rogers after seeing positive reviews and feedback on social media and google.My company had a case where we have a court order that states the amount due to us from the creditor which we won in small claims. We have all the necessary legal documentation prepare and ready for JMS Rogers to work with.Long story short, we were pass on and off several “officers” and their “legal department”, with weeks and weeks without updates, due to the officers going on reservist.The few replies that we received via email was that1. still unwilling to settle the matter despite multiple rounds of negotiations.2.Please advise if you are willing to lower the amount if there is a need to offer him, in order to conclude the matter.They mentioned that they have done the site visit and etc. But when I asked for photos and videos update, they ignored and did not reply.Long story short, our contract of 3 months was up after a series of chasing for updates and that James will get back to me after speaking to the debtor again. Instead of following up with me, they simple informed us that the contract has been terminated.Understandable that debt not able to be collected and that we entered into agreement and it lapsed. However, having the client to chase for updates, and not responding to our enquires is outright not acceptable.If you are thinking to engage them, read through the fine print well, and if you think 3 month is a period long enough, I would advise to think again with you as the customer having to chase repeatedly. 3 month will be over before you know it.

I’d been trying to recover a debt for the past 9 months, and I’d tried a variety of methods. However, nothing I did worked, and the debtor consistently ignored me. There was nothing else I could do and I was at my wits’ end.I thought I’d never be able to recover my debt, and I was prepared to file it as a bad debt.I decided to engage JMS Roger after watching a video on YouTube, which showcased their professionalism in handling cases. I was initially apprehensive of debt collectors because I had a preconceived notion that they were all… scary loan sharks, but the team at JMS Rogers proved me wrong.I engaged them on January 17th and recovered my debt the same day! The team was extremely helpful and professional, and they do not over-promise if they are unable to deliver (which is apparently a common practice in many other agencies). I was very impressed that the team went to great lengths to ensure that the debt I had to collect was legitimate, and that they checked for evidence to prove that the debtor did, in fact, owe me money (this is not a common practice in other agencies as well). I basically provided the necessary information and all that was left was for the team to handle the case for me. I’m not a confrontational person, so I asked the team to approach the debtor in the most friendly manner possible, and they did exactly that.Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who needs to recover a debt. 🙂
