RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The objective of the Jacket Fever team is to provide the greatest customer service together with excellent leather jackets. Our experts created a hassle-free return and exchange policy. It is advised to all the customers to carefully undergo the policies before making any purchase from our website.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To seek a return, the customer must fill out our refund form and send it with all the necessary information.
  • From the date of purchase, the return or exchange must be started within 10 business days.
  • Make sure that the product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The product needs to be complete with all labels and tags. Your return claim may be rejected if the jacket has any damage.

Return Conditions & Timeframe

The products you wish to exchange or return should be in the same condition as when you received them. They must be:
  • Only items that are new and unused are eligible for return. The product must be returned in its original state.
  • After the product is delivered, customers have 30 days to return it.
  • Every return needs to be sent via email.
  • Every item that is returned is subject to a USD 30 restocking fee.
  • Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the returned item being received and examined.

Order Cancellation:

  • Our team will ensure that your amount is returned to you right after the cancellation has been approved
  • Once the process has been finalized, your amount will be Fully Refunded.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, simply fill in a refund form. Once we receive your request, our support team will notify you about the delivery address where you’ll have to send the item for exchange. Please note that the shipping cost for sending the item to the warehouse will be your responsibility.
  • Ensure that the form includes all the basic information regarding the order Including [Email, Order ID, and contact information.]
  • The team won’t be able to accept exchange forms that are made on customized orders. [Custom orders are designed specifically for customers fit to their preferences.]
  • Once we receive it, we’ll handle the process of preparing and shipping the new item to you. The shipping cost for the new item will also need to be covered by you. Our team will take care of everything else to make the exchange smooth and hassle-free!
  • Customer has to wait for at least 10 business days after applying and sending the product for exchange.
  • Once the quality assurance team examines the product, your new product will be delivered in a few business days.
