The Role
As a Learning Design Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of our professional learning programmes and resources. This is a developmental position — perfect if you’re early in your career and eager to grow your skills in learning design, education, and technology.
What you'll do
Support the creation of learning programmes – help build and adapt customised Professional Learning Pathways for schools.
Gather and organise school needs, working with senior colleagues to translate goals into clear learning journeys.
Support the development and curation of our teaching theory and technique catalogue, helping teachers link practice with research and access relevant, practical guidance.
Help build AI-assisted rubrics, supporting schools to make the most of automated video analysis.
Collaborate with colleagues from other teams – especially with Implementation & Success – to deliver a great experience for schools.
Provide project support, including scheduling, documentation, and feedback collection.

As our Senior Learning Designer, you’ll take a leading role in shaping innovative, impactful learning experiences for schools. This is a senior position that blends educational expertise, digital design skills, and relationship-building to co-create professional development solutions that genuinely improve teaching and learning.
What you'll do
Lead the design of our structured learning programmes tailored to each school’s unique goals and context.
Work closely with school leaders to understand their priorities and design sustainable development frameworks.
Develop and curate resources for our teaching theory and technique catalogue, helping teachers connect classroom practice with research and access targeted, practical guidance.
Shape AI-powered rubrics by refining our automated lesson analysis tools to ensure teachers gain valuable, actionable feedback.
Collaborate across teams – especially with Implementation & Success – to make sure schools get the most from IRIS Connect.
Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest trends and research in professional learning.
What we're looking for
Strong understanding of teacher development and professional learning (experience in education highly desirable).
Ability to build trusted relationships with school leaders and stakeholders.
Skill in translating educational goals into engaging, practical digital learning experiences.
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Confidence with digital platforms (experience with IRIS Connect or similar tools a bonus).
Creative, adaptable, and motivated by the impact of great teaching.
