Computer Repair
We carry out a large range of repairs at our private workshop. Whether it’s error messages, a virus, a faulty keyboard, a smashed laptop screen, broken power socket or even if the computer refuses to switch on, we can fix most problems. We fix all makes and models of PCs except Macs. We will collect your equipment and return it to you.
Virus / malware / spyware / ransomware removal
We can disinfect your computer and in most cases save your data.
Memory RAM upgrade or replacement
RAM upgrades are a popular choice, and faulty memory can be replaced.
Hard drive repairs / replacements
Hard drives can suffer damage but can be replaced and sometimes repaired. SSD (solid state drives) are a popular upgrade due to the speed improvement.
Component diagnosis and replacement
We diagnose the problem down to component level, so if you need a graphics card, motherboard replacement or other component we can assess and replace.
We are always happy to give a quote for work that needs to be done, and advise whether or not the work is cost-effective.
Our minimum diagnosis fee is £35 (plus collection and delivery fee if you’re not on our Care Plan subscription), no matter how long the diagnosis takes. If you decide to go ahead with a recommended repair, then the diagnosis fee is waived.
All hardware items come with a twelve month warranty unless otherwise stated.
