What happened to VRDays?
VRDays still exists, but instead of the name of the event, it is the name of the foundation. The VRDays Foundation is organising the Immersive Tech Week festival in Rotterdam. Join us at Katoenhuis, Keilestraat 9C, 3029 BP Rotterdam from June 23 – 25, 2026.
What is happening in Rotterdam? A lot!
We will host conferences, the Church of VR, the Trade Show, XR Demo Arena, an XR accelerator programme called IMPULSE and social events. Be sure to check out our website and see what is ticketed, what is open to the public and what is invite only!

Is there an online element this year?
All attendees with a Full, Day, Student, or Virtual Pass will receive access to our app which will enable streaming content of the conferences besides networking. In due time recorded parts of the conferences will also be released online for everyone to enjoy.
Where can I use a promo code?
If you have a promo code please click the correct ticket on our ticketing page. Click “Enter code” under the Promo Code tab (in the upper left corner, above the first ticket option). Type in your code and click Apply. Select your tickets and click “Checkout”. Complete your order.
How do I get to Rotterdam?
Rotterdam is extremely easy to get to by many modes of transport. Best and most sustainable way to travel to the city is by train, there are a lot of national and international trains calling at Rotterdam Central Station. From Schiphol Airport there is a direct train that takes 24 minutes to Rotterdam.
How do I get to Katoenhuis?
By train
Schiedam Centrum and Rotterdam Central Station are the nearest train stations. From there you can take a metro or tram.
By metro
Marconiplein is the nearest station. From there we are 4 minutes by bike or a 10–minute walk.
By tram
From Rotterdam Central Station, take a 10–minute tram ride on tram 11 (Woudhoek), 7 (Marconiplein), or 1 (Holy). Get off the tram at Marconiplein and take a 10–minute walk.
By watertaxi
Stop 81 is right across the Keilehaven and just a 3-minute walk to the venue.
By bike
A 16–minute cycle from the Rotterdam Central Station or Schiedam Central Station.
By car
Navigate to Keilestraat 9C, Rotterdam. There are (limited) free parking spots in the surrounding area. The nearest, paid, indoor parking sites are: Parkeergarage Europoint (Marconistraat 16) and Interparking Bigshops (Vierhavensstraat 77)

How do get access to the Networking App?
Make sure you complete the full registration so we can create an account before Immersive Tech Week starts. If this does not work it will also be possible to enter at Immersive Tech Week. Ask for assistance when collecting your badge.
Are there Social Events and how can I attend them?
Yes! All social events will be communicated through our website and social channels so keep up with them. We will also keep you informed during the event of course. Some social events like the Opening Dinner require tickets, but many networking drinks and gatherings are free for all.
How can I access the event?
There are several tickets available for both professionals as students, researchers and the general public. Go to our ticket page and choose which ticket is the right one for you. Please make sure you complete the full registration process for your tickets to be activated. This will also give access to our MeetToMatch networking app.
Will I be able to re-watch the conferences?
Parts of the programme will be available online. The Vision & Impact Conference will be streamed, available through our event app. In due time other content may also be released for the general public after the event.
Can you help me apply for a visa if I buy a ticket
We are very sorry but for attendees we cannot assist in obtaining a visa in any way.
Can I buy tickets on invoice?
Currently, the system does not support payment through invoices. We are looking into this with our team. However, please note that this feature is only available for orders of more than 10 tickets. Please reach out to info@vrdays.co for tickets by invoicing.
