Designed as both a physical and mental reset, this session is ideal for healthcare professionals who dedicate their energy to others’ well-being. Start the last day of HIS ‘26 with a calming, accessible yoga experience designed for all levels. This low-impact class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you feel refreshed, centered, and grounded for the day ahead. No special attire is required—participants are welcome just as they are.

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound therapy experience designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness through the power of vibration and resonance. Guided by Ben Brown, LMT, this session invites participants to settle into a comfortable position while engaging in focused listening and contemplation. Instruments may include metal and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and other sound tools to support a meditative state.
