Before You Fly
Please arrive early for your flight. Our ticket counter opens 90 minutes prior to departure.

If you arrive during operating hours and no agent is available at the ticket counter, please call our Customer Service Center at 800-329-0485 for assistance.

Connecting to Another Airline?
If your itinerary includes a connection to another airline, we recommend allowing at least 1 hour between flights. This helps ensure sufficient time for baggage processing, transfer between carriers, and security screening when required.
Please note that passengers connecting to another airline may be required to collect checked baggage from baggage claim and re-check it with their onward carrier before proceeding through security.
