What areas do you build in?
We have been building in the Chicagoland suburbs and southern Wisconsin since 2008!
How long does it take to build a custom home?
It depends on the size of the home and where it is located. Villages/Cities/Counties have different timelines associated with obtaining permits. And of course, larger homes take longer to build than smaller ones. Lastly there is a design phase in the beginning some people are less decisive than others.
Do I need to have my own lot, or can you help me find one?
We can certainly help you find one or perhaps one of our inventory lots might work.
Do you offer financing options or work with preferred lenders?
We do have preferred lenders. And because of the volume we provide them, they will bend over backwards to service you!
Do you have a design center where I can see options?
We absolutely do. It is located at 468 Woodland Chase Lane in Vernon Hills and is open 7 days a week from 11am until 5pm.
Do you offer pre-designed floor plans, or is everything fully custom?
We are fully custom. However, some people find it too overwhelming to start from scratch, so we certainly can start from a plan we have already built.
