MEP shop drawings, sheet setup and 3D rendering images of the layout were delivered as the output.
Coordinated 3D BIM Model for Hospital
Revit experts at Hitech converted 2D drafts of designs for plumbing and hydronic systems into Clash free Revit MEP models of LOD 300 for hospital and commercial buildings. The project team imported to develop clash reports and mitigate the effects of clashes. A final 3D model with insulation details and direct use for construction as well as installation was prepared for the client to be used on site.
BIM Model for Construction Company
A building construction company from the USA provided initial architectural drawings to Hitech as basis to create structural drawings and thereby create a Revit BIM model for LOD 300 standards. Revit teams created the coordinated models for the hospitality building and also delivered quantity takeoff and construction schedules to enable smooth construction stages as compared to CAD based designs.
MEP Modeling & Clash Detection for Airport
The project tasks involved creating a coordinated MEP model for the airport terminal with minimum reworks for building where the construction works had already begun. IFC drawings along with architectural and structural drawings were provided by the construction company as inputs from which, Hitech’s engineers created clash free MEP models using Revit for the project spread over 350,000 m2 enabling reduced waste and minimum reworks.
Full BIM Model for Contractor
Hitech’s BIM specialists took the project to integrate all discipline of the public park and detect and eliminate all potential clashes to assist chief contractor of the construction project. Visual BIM 3D models prepared by Hitech’s teams assisted the contractor during the initial tendering stage, helped them to visually showcase the project within the time constraint, design, and price specified and resulted in fruitful partnership.
