With options for both in and outdoor promotions; tears have never looked this good! Those flags will resist through the storm and keep your message clear and visible! Got stains on the flag? Just get it in the machine and get the flag clean easily again.

If you already have a design, no worries; we accept other file formats, including JPEG, PNG, or EPS.
For photographic content, high-resolution JPEGs are recommended, preferably without compression. For graphics or text-based content, we recommend print-ready, vector-based PDFs. For content that is a combination of graphics and photography, we suggest using print-ready PDFs to ensure the best quality.
- Use CMYK as the colour mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
- Use the right values for full colour black.

Please note: The material used for a flag is very absorbent therefore the colour can come out lighter than expected. This is especially the case with black. For rich black please use (Cyan 60, Magenta 40, Yellow 40 & Black 100).
- Resolution of at least 150 dpi.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.
- Keep 4 mm safety margin

During production, there might be a slight cut deviation. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:
- Add a 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design.
- Keep important elements 40 mm away from the edge or folding lines.

For this product, the minimum font size is 20 pt. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following:
- Fonts must be embedded or outlined.
- If your design contains small black text, make sure it is 100 % black (Cyan: 0 Magenta: 0 Yellow: 0 Black: 100).
Note that we don't check spelling or typographical errors.
- Lines should be at least 3 pt.

- What is the lifespan of Teardrop flags?

The lifespan of the flags is 3 to 4 months while using it intensively. You can expand the lifespan by bringing the flags inside when weather is bad.

- Untill which wind power level is it advisable to hang up your flags outside?

Our advice is to retrieve your flags inside if gale force 7 is reached. This greatly improves the lifespan of your flags.

- What is the difference between the various pedestals and accessories, and how do they work?

Metal ground spike: The metal ground spike is ideal to place your beachflag outside on soft ground, such as soil. The metal ground spike is best suited for smaller beachflags. For larger beachflags we advise to use the parasol base + rotator.

Plastic screw base: The plastic screw base is ideal when you want to place your beachflag on softer ground such as turf or hard snow. For example in sand or on grass. The plastic screw base is also applicable for larger beachflags.

Cross Foot (indoor): The crossfoot is a standard which is very suitable for a flat surface. The metal frame and 4 legs make sure its extra steady. The crossfoot has a size of 85 x 85 cm and is 20cm high.

- How are the beachflags being finished?

The beachflags are always finished on the leftside with a tunnel. On the top of the tunnel is an extra solid part so the beachflag itself does not get damaged by the flagpole.

Beachflags made from normal flag material are finished on the left side (opposite side of where the flag tunnel is) with a hem finished with double stitching.

Beachflags made of longlife material are finished on the left side with a lasercutting method. The flag gets cut off and heat sealed together. This means that longlife material does not need hemming and also expands the lifetime of your beachflag.

- How can I set up my Teardrop flags in the best way?

For the best set-up of your Teardrop flags we recommend pulling your flag as far as possible through the flag tunnel so it's as tightly pulled as possible. This way your flag will not get creased and won't damage easily.

- What is the diameter of the pole that comes with the flag?

The diameter of the pole that comes with the flag is ±2cm.

- Are the Teardrop flags printed single or double sided?

Our flags are printed on one side as standard. This means that your logo is visible as a mirror image on the back. The print-through of our flags is around 95%.

The colours printed on flag fabrics will never be as sharp as they are on your screen, especially the colour black. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Recycled Material
Polyester material made from 100% recycled PET bottles. The material has a fine structure, is wind-permeable and is hemmed to prevent fraying. The colours on RPET material are bright and slightly glossy.
