Hays Electrical Services is proud to have contributed to the electrical installation for Aman Miami Beach, a luxury hotel and residential development located at 3425 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL. This project includes the restoration of the historic Versailles Hotel alongside a new 18-story residential tower designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma. The scope involved installing state-of-the-art electrical systems throughout both the hotel and residences, ensuring seamless integration of modern lighting, power distribution, and smart controls while preserving the building’s historic charm. This work supports Aman’s vision of blending heritage with contemporary luxury in one of Miami’s most prestigious beachfront locations.
