Terms & Conditions

Please read and accept these terms before using Hatlx.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Hatlx.
  • Platform Usage: Hatlx allows users to share short videos, offer services, post tasks, and interact through gifts and payments.
  • Payments & Protection: All transactions must be completed within Hatlx. External payments are not protected.
  • Fees: A 10% platform fee applies to withdrawals (e.g. $10 withdrawal = $9 received).
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available once your wallet reaches a minimum of $10.
  • Refund Policy: If a buyer is not satisfied, the payment will be returned to their credit balance for future use on Hatlx.
  • Auto-Acceptance: If no action is taken within 3 days after order completion, the payment is automatically released to the seller.
  • User Responsibility: Users must comply with all applicable laws and use the platform responsibly.
  • Content & Activity: You are responsible for all content you upload and interactions you make on Hatlx.
  • Analytics & Ads: By using Hatlx, you agree to analytics tracking and the display of sponsored content or advertisements.
  • Limitation of Liability: Hatlx is not liable for losses caused by misuse, external transactions, or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Updates: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Hatlx means you accept the latest version.
