- Acquisition: Acquired the Florin, FLR and RJ projects from LIRECA Resources Inc. on May 4, 2026, in connection with a concurrent $17.2 million financing.
- Resource: Florin hosts a pit-constrained inferred mineral resource of 2.507 million ounces (“Moz”) of gold (“Au”) (162.783 million tonnes at 0.48 grams per tonne (“g/t”) Au at a 0.30 g/t cut-off).
The Florin, FLR and RJ gold projects are located within the Tombstone Gold Belt in the Mayo and Dawson Mining Districts of Yukon Territory, approximately 60 kilometres northwest of the town of Mayo.
The Florin Project covers approximately 89 square kilometres and hosts the Florin 2.507 million ounce inferred gold mineral resource. The FLR and RJ projects cover approximately 207 square kilometres and 22 square kilometres, respectively. Together, the projects provide Gold Strike with a district-scale exploration position in a prospective portion of the Tombstone Gold Belt.
