Global Shield is hiring a Communications Manager. We have an exciting, fully remote opportunity for a seasoned storyteller to craft narratives that propel our mission to reduce global catastrophic risk.
The primary focus of the role will be to provide communications support for international and national-level advocacy campaigns, elevate Global Shield’s brand recognition, and improve its share of voice.
The Communications Manager will be Global Shield’s brand guardian, leading our storytelling efforts with key audiences across owned and earned channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the policy conversation around the most consequential threats of our time.
As we grow, we intend to conduct future hiring rounds. For country offices, we are looking for potential talent to lead our advocacy in promising locations. We also have opportunities for volunteers, depending on the right fit and the needs of the organization.
