Five Year Integrated ProgramThe five-year integrated B.Com. LL.B. programme at GL Bajaj Institute of Law is designed to develop professionals with a strong understanding of commerce, business, and law. The programme integrates foundational studies in economics, management, accounting, and finance with comprehensive legal education, enabling students to understand and respond effectively to business-oriented legal challenges. Along with core legal subjects such as Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, Company Law, Taxation, and Commercial Laws, the programme emphasizes practical training through moot courts, drafting and conveyancing, alternative dispute resolution, court exposure, and internships, ensuring professional competence and ethical legal practice.
The B.Com. LL.B. programme aims to prepare graduates for careers in corporate legal practice, litigation, banking and finance, taxation, compliance, judiciary, public service, legal research, and academia. The programme fosters analytical thinking, ethical responsibility, and professional competence, enabling students to contribute effectively to the legal profession and the business-oriented legal ecosystem.
