Justin Willet
Founder / Lead Storyteller
Justin is a humanitarian videographer whose passion for authenticity and attention to detail has taken him around the world documenting some of the most challenging stories, all with dignity and respect. When not behind the camera, Justin can be found outdoors — hiking, camping, or playing pickleball. Justin currently lives in Westminster, MD, with his wife and 4 children.
Caelan Gregory
Editor / Storyteller
Caelan is a gifted video editor who feels the emotion of a scene and uses video, audio, graphics, and sometimes silence to bring the viewer into the story. His compassion towards people and commitment to quality serve him well as he navigates vulnerable footage that millions will see. A student of film, he enjoys watching movies and would love to talk about Star Wars with you. Caelan currently lives in Taneytown, MD, with his dog and fiancé.

Or would you trust the company who has served nonprofits since 2007?
We sure did! We actually started as a generalist agency that provided website design, graphic design, photography, SEO and videography. This experience helped us become knowledgeable in many areas of marketing, but now we solely focus on video.
The answer is probably yes. We’ve been a part of some wild ideas over the years (one time we filmed an entire promo video where the star was an egg, no seriously an egg). We are always open to the next adventure.
No problem! We’re named GLBAL for a reason. We love to travel and can either come to you or work out a way to film and edit remotely.
