  • Our internships are open to college students pursuing degrees in engineering, architecture, environmental science, construction management, and many other fields. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects.

  • You’ll work on real projects that support our clients and communities, gaining hands-on experience alongside professionals who are leaders in their fields. Interns often assist with design, analysis, research, and project coordination tasks, depending on your area of study.

  • Many of our interns transition into full-time roles after graduation. Emerging Talent Annual AEC Scholarships

Our Emerging Talent AEC Scholarships support sophomore or junior students enrolled in an ABET-accredited program in the U.S. with academic and leadership potential as they pursue careers in engineering (civil, environmental, electrical, structural, and mechanical), construction services, or architecture.

Award: $5,000
Submission Deadline: Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. EDT
