The Funder Intel Podcast
Funder Intel offers both free and paid access. The funder directories, basic community features, and much of the editorial content are freely accessible without an account.
Pro membership plans unlock the Deal Tools Dashboard, exclusive content, advanced offer comparison tools, and other premium features. Specific course pricing is listed on the individual course pages. Creating a basic member account is free.
Funder Intel's primary coverage area is the alternative and commercial business lending industry — specifically merchant cash advance (MCA), revenue-based financing (RBF), SBA lending, equipment finance, invoice factoring, lines of credit, and the fintech infrastructure that supports these products. The platform also covers broader fintech topics including embedded lending, AI in underwriting, commercial cards, small business capital access policy, and industry regulatory developments.
Most business lending sites are either lender-facing (pitching products to borrowers) or consumer-facing (reviewing lenders for business owners). Funder Intel is industry-facing - it serves the professionals who work in the alternative lending ecosystem: funders, ISOs, brokers, vendors, and industry operators. Its tools, content, and community are built for practitioners, not for the general public. The funder directories are uniquely structured with underwriting guidelines and ISO introduction features that have no direct equivalent anywhere else publicly available.
Funders and lenders can add their company to the Funder Intel platform through the 'Add Your Business' feature at funderintel.com/addyourbusiness. Funders can also submit or update their underwriting guidelines directly through the platform so that ISOs have current, accurate program information when sourcing deals.
For Funders, you can submit a claim request directly to the Add Your Business page.
For ISOs/Brokers - goto the ISO Profiles page. Next to your company press the 'Claim Now' button, submit the information required. We will send you an email once it is approved. Then you will be able to send free email invitations for Funders to review you or you can simply invite them yourself.
Advertising and sponsorship options for funders, vendors, and service providers are available through funderintel.com/partners. Funder Intel offers banner placements, sponsored content, newsletter features, event sponsorships, and other visibility options targeted at the alternative and commercial finance industry audience.
Funder Intel is an independent platform, it is not owned by, affiliated with, or operated by any specific funder, lender, or funding company. The platform maintains relationships with many funders and vendors through advertising, sponsorship, and listing partnerships, but its editorial content and community resources are operated independently. Funder Intel's founding mission is to serve the industry as a neutral resource, not to favor any particular participant.
Funder Intel events are primarily held in South Florida, including regular Industry Mixer events in Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding area. Funder Intel also participates in and sponsors broader industry events including the Funders Forum and Revenue Based Finance Coalition events. Event listings and registration are available at funderintel.com/events.
