Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) – Program Terms & Conditions

By using this site or enrolling in any FDN Program, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site or participating in any course. You acknowledge that failure to read these Terms does not exempt you from compliance.

AFDNP Inc. reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® website or participation in any course constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Payment Terms, Payment Plans & No-Chargeback Policy

1.1 Multiple Payment Option

By selecting a multiple-payment option and submitting your order, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AFDNP Inc. You authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment method for the full course fee (including any financing fees associated with the payment plan) until the total balance is paid in full.

Payment plans are a convenience and do not reduce your total financial obligation. You agree that:

  • All scheduled payments must be completed.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of course access, late fees, referral to collections, and/or reporting to credit bureaus.

  • You may pay off your balance at any time and save on finance fees.

1.2 No Chargebacks

All sales are final. You may not initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for any reason. Attempting to dispute a valid charge constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Consequences may include:

  • Immediate revocation of course access and FDN privileges.

  • Referral of outstanding balance, plus fees, to collections.

  • Legal action if necessary.

Any concerns must be addressed directly with AFDNP Inc.

1.3 Certification Status

You are considered fully certified only when:

  1. All coursework is completed and both written and oral final exams are passed with a minimum score of 80%; and

  2. All payments are current and paid in full.

If you complete coursework and exams prior to full payment, you retain access and privileges only while remaining current on all payments.

1.4 Failure to Complete Payments

Failure to complete all payments as agreed—including missed, late, or disputed payments—may result in the immediate revocation of all FDN rights and privileges, including but not limited to course access, certification status, use of the FDN name or credentials, access to practitioner resources, and eligibility for affiliated programs.

Outstanding balances may be referred to collections and reported to credit bureaus to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The key to avoiding any payment-related issues is timely communication. Students are encouraged to contact the billing department promptly at [email protected] if they anticipate or experience any payment difficulty.
