The ROLLER_TOP transports packaged products, crates, boxes, and light plastic bags that are either small and large. This buffer track is safe due to the small gap between the rollers and has a reduced noise level. Energy efficient is also a good reason to go for this. There is an extremely low friction between chain and product which reduces line pressure by 30%.
The main line overflows or the labels have run out: with the stopper the transport system does not have to be switched off. The system temporarily blocks the products on the line. Is the problem solved? Then the stopper releases everything and the production continues.
In a flash, the pusher pushes products on the right line. The system does this flawlessly and at a fast pace. This is possible thanks to the small movement that the pusher makes. That way, not a single second is wasted.

The turntable collects products that come off a line. The products are buffered with a circular movement. This gives your employees time to perform their tasks, such as sorting bottles. The turntable serves as both a start and end point.
