Confidential Psychological Support Service
For people working in the NHS & frontline services in the UK.
We know how hard our NHS and frontline staff work and understand the pressures they are under.
We are a non-profit mental health support organisation set up originally in response to the Covid pandemic in 2020. Since then, we have grown and adapted in order to best support clients with the complex nature of the mental health challenges they are facing, specifically in frontline roles.
We are staffed by qualified and comprehensively trained volunteer counsellors and psychotherapists and now help around 9,000 people every single week.
