At Foothill Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic, we offer comprehensive pediatric care including prenatal visits for expecting parents, in-hospital care, developmental evaluations, well-child check-ups, immunizations and sick appointments. We also perform specialty services including newborn circumcisions and ear piercings. We are one of the few clinics in the region that offers same-day appointments and 24 hour access to your doctor. Our caring team is committed to providing quality service in a comfortable, safe office setting where children and parents can feel at ease. We also set aside time to equip parents with the tools and resources necessary for the development of healthy children from birth through adolescence.

Clinic Overview
Our clinic was founded by George M. Madanat, M.D. in February of 1975. Now serving our patients are Michael G. Madanat, M.D., Lana Madanat Hadaya, CPNP. , Bernardine Celoni M.D., and Irma Gonzalez, M.D., April Gacuya, CPNP, Sarah Wong, PA, and Rebecca Byer, CPNP. Our clinicians have helped tens of thousands of families reach optimal health and wellness, and despite the growth of our business and adoption of modern technologies, we continue to offer the same classic, family-oriented appeal and patient first culture that so many clinics have lost.
