What is FoodOrd?
FoodOrd is an all-in-one online ordering system designed for restaurants. It empowers you to launch your own professional, commission-free website built on WordPress and WooCommerce. This allows you to take full control of your online presence, build direct customer relationships, and grow your business without paying high third-party fees.
How do I add my menu?
All you need is your website, which is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce. All menu items are added and managed directly through the WooCommerce interface. If you have difficulty adding your menu, we can assist you and make your system fully ready to use. Please contact us for support.
Is the payment subscription-based?
Yes. You can get access to the entire FoodOrd ecosystem for a small fee of just €29/monthly or €299/yearly. Payments are billed monthly and yearly you can cancel anytime. For more information visit our pricing page.
How do I print incoming orders?
FoodOrd includes a dedicated desktop application for order printing. Orders are automatically printed on 80mm thermal printers.
Does FoodOrd have a mobile app?
No, FoodOrd doesn’t have a separate mobile app. However, FoodOrd is fully responsive and works perfectly on all mobile devices through web browsers. Your customers can easily place orders from their phones or tablets without needing to download an app.
Which payment gateways are available in FoodOrd?
Any payment gateway compatible with the WooCommerce platform works seamlessly with FoodOrd.
Is Location-based search available?
Yes, the location-based search is available on the platform. Customers can search for an address or a city to see the restaurants delivering to their location.
Will I be able to benefit from the updates?
Yes. You can follow the updates from your WordPress admin panel and on Downloads page. You can update your plugins and theme for free for a lifetime.
How does the support service work?
We assist you until the entire FoodOrd ecosystem is fully set up and ready for use. Our support service is completely free and does not include any additional charges.
