Fitnello was created to be more than just a gym for women. Our mission is to provide a supportive, welcoming environment where women can feel comfortable learning how to lift weights, build muscle, lose body fat, and improve their overall health without the intimidation often associated with traditional gyms.
Many women join Fitnello because they are looking for a women-only gym where they can focus on their goals, ask questions freely, and receive expert guidance in a judgment-free environment.
What makes Fitnello unique is that our female trainers are not independent trainers who rent space in the gym. Every coach is part of the Fitnello team and follows the same coaching philosophy, training methods, and standards. We specialize in coaching women and understand the unique needs of women's bodies through different stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause.
Our female personal trainers are experienced in helping women build muscle, lose fat, improve body composition, and gain confidence with strength training. Whether you're a beginner who has never lifted weights before or someone looking to take your results to the next level, our coaches provide the guidance, accountability, and support needed to succeed.
Most importantly, our women-only gym is built around community. You'll train alongside other women who share similar goals, celebrate each other's progress, and support one another throughout the journey.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: to create a place where women feel comfortable showing up, staying consistent, and achieving results they can be proud of.
Not at all. Many of our members started as complete beginners and had never lifted weights before joining Fitnello. Our certified female trainers provide exercise demonstrations, coaching, form corrections, and modifications to help you feel confident and successful from day one.
However, if you're completely new to strength training and would like to join our workout classes, we highly recommend starting with 5 personal training sessions with a Fitnello coach. During these sessions, you'll learn how our training system works, how to properly use gym equipment and strength training machines, and the fundamentals of proper exercise form and technique.
This foundation helps you transition smoothly into our small-group strength training classes, feel more confident in the gym, understand the exercises, and get the most out of every workout. Many women find that these introductory personal training sessions help them build confidence, learn faster, and feel fully prepared to succeed in class.
Our workout classes are small-group strength training sessions led by a certified Fitnello coach. Every workout follows a structured training plan and targets specific muscle groups to help you build strength, improve muscle tone, and make consistent progress.
Rather than doing random full-body workouts every day, we follow a workout split designed to give each muscle group the attention it deserves while allowing for proper recovery. This approach helps you build muscle more effectively, increase strength, and avoid plateaus.
Each day focuses on different muscle groups, so if you attend Fitnello classes consistently throughout the week, you'll train your entire body through a balanced, professionally designed strength training program. Whether you attend one class per week or all six classes, you can feel confident knowing every workout is purposeful, effective, and designed to move you closer to your goals.
No. You don't have to attend classes every day to see progress. Whether you attend one, two, three, or more classes per week, every workout is designed to challenge your muscles, improve your strength, and move you closer to your goals.
That said, if you're looking to build muscle, lose body fat, and achieve results faster, we typically recommend attending at least 3 strength training classes per week. This allows you to train multiple muscle groups throughout the week, accumulate enough training volume, and take full advantage of our structured strength training program.
The key is consistency. The women who see the best results are not necessarily the ones who train every day—they're the ones who follow the program consistently week after week and continue progressing over time.
Yes. We offer personalized nutrition coaching designed to help women lose body fat, build muscle, improve energy levels, and develop sustainable eating habits without restrictive dieting.
Unlike traditional diets that often leave women feeling overwhelmed and stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset, our approach focuses on education, consistency, and building habits that fit your real life. We teach you how to fuel your body properly, understand your calorie and macronutrient needs, make confident food choices, and create a sustainable way of eating that supports your goals long-term.
Your coaching may include a detailed nutrition assessment, personalized calorie and macro recommendations, custom meal planning, guidance on meal timing, strategies for eating out, and grocery shopping support. We take into consideration your lifestyle, work schedule, food preferences, family responsibilities, training routine, and specific goals to create a plan that is realistic and achievable.
Whether your goal is fat loss, body recomposition, muscle building, improving your relationship with food, navigating perimenopause or menopause, postpartum recovery, or simply learning how to eat healthier, our nutrition coaching is designed to give you the knowledge, structure, and support needed to achieve lasting results.
For the most comprehensive transformation, many women combine nutrition coaching with our strength training programs to maximize their results and create healthy habits that last for years to come.

That's completely okay. Many of our members had never lifted weights before joining Fitnello. Our coaches will teach you proper exercise technique, help you learn how to use equipment safely, and guide you through every workout so you can build confidence and strength at your own pace.
If you're completely new to strength training, we highly recommend starting with 5 personal training sessions with a Fitnello coach before joining our group classes. During these sessions, you'll learn how Fitnello's training system works, how to properly use our strength training equipment and machines, and the fundamentals of proper lifting technique and exercise form.
These introductory sessions help you build confidence in the gym, become familiar with the exercises used in our classes, and develop a strong foundation for long-term success. By the time you transition into our small-group strength training classes, you'll feel more comfortable, know what to expect, and be able to get the most out of every workout.
Many women find that these sessions help eliminate gym anxiety, accelerate their learning, and make their transition into strength training much smoother and more enjoyable.
No.
While macros and calorie targets can be extremely helpful for understanding your nutrition and reaching your goals, the long-term goal is education, awareness, and sustainability — not becoming obsessed with tracking.
Many clients eventually become much more intuitive and confident with their nutrition choices.
Your nutrition strategy can still be customized around an unpredictable or busy schedule.
Whether you’re:
✔ a stay-at-home mom
✔ shift worker
✔ healthcare professional
✔ business owner
✔ traveling often
✔ balancing work and family life
…the goal is to create a structure that works realistically for YOUR lifestyle.
Most online meal plans are generic and not designed specifically for your body, lifestyle, schedule, habits, or goals.
This coaching is highly personalized and focuses on:
✔ education
✔ sustainability
✔ realistic structure
✔ body composition
✔ long-term consistency
The goal is not just giving you a meal plan — it’s helping you build a nutrition approach you can maintain long term.
Eating “healthy” does not always mean your nutrition is aligned with your goals.
Many women may still struggle with:
✔ under-eating or overeating
✔ inconsistent eating patterns
✔ lack of protein
✔ excessive snacking
✔ poor meal timing
✔ inaccurate portion sizes
✔ not fueling properly around workouts
Your consultation helps identify the hidden habits that may be slowing your progress.
Many women who have spent years dieting, under-eating, constantly restricting food, or doing excessive cardio may notice that their body no longer responds the way it used to.
You may feel like:
✔ you gain weight easily
✔ your energy is low
✔ you’re constantly hungry or craving food
✔ fat loss feels extremely difficult
✔ your body “holds onto weight” even when eating very little
In many cases, this can happen because years of restrictive dieting may lead to:
→ loss of lean muscle mass
→ slower metabolism
→ lower daily calorie expenditure
→ hormonal and stress-related changes
→ inconsistent eating patterns
That’s why we don’t believe in starving yourself or following extreme diets.
Yes.
Many women believe that gaining excessive body fat during pregnancy is simply “part of pregnancy,” when in reality, nutrition habits still play a huge role.
While weight gain during pregnancy is normal and necessary, excessive fat gain often comes from poor nutrition habits, lack of structure, excessive snacking, or constantly overeating.
You are still in charge of your nutrition during pregnancy.
Our goal is not restrictive dieting during pregnancy — it’s helping you build balanced, realistic nutrition habits that properly support your body, your baby, and your long-term health.
Your nutrition recommendations can be adjusted based on:
✔ your stage of pregnancy
✔ activity level
✔ appetite changes
✔ lifestyle
✔ overall health and goals
The focus is creating a sustainable, nourishing approach to nutrition during this important stage of life.
Not necessarily — but alcohol can absolutely slow down fat loss and recovery for many women.
Even occasional drinks can impact:
✔ calorie intake
✔ cravings and appetite
✔ food choices
✔ recovery
✔ sleep quality
✔ consistency with nutrition habits
Many women are surprised how much faster they begin seeing progress when alcohol consumption is reduced.
Our goal is not perfection or extreme restriction.
It’s helping you understand how your habits affect your results so you can make realistic, informed choices that align with your goals.
Body Transformation Coaching is a high-level, fully customized program that combines personalized training, custom nutrition, mindset work, habit-building, accountability, and ongoing support. It’s designed to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve lasting health and body results — not quick fixes or temporary diets.
No. Body Transformation Coaching is not personal training.
Body Transformation Coaching is a guided process where you work directly with me as your coach. My role is to guide you, direct your strategy, hold you accountable, and support you through every stage of your transformation. Coaching focuses on your training plan, nutrition, mindset, habits, and long-term consistency. It is not about in-person workouts — it is about expert guidance and structured oversight of your entire transformation process.
Personal Training is a separate, in-person service.
Personal Training Sessions take place in the gym and are focused on hands-on instruction, form correction, and real-time exercise execution. These sessions are optional and purchased separately.
Results vary by individual, but clients typically experience fat loss, increased muscle tone, improved energy, improved metabolic health, better eating habits, a stronger mindset, and lifestyle changes that last. Many clients also achieve deeply personal goals such as healthier pregnancies, improved hormonal balance and menstrual cycles, increased strength and vitality during perimenopause and menopause, and renewed confidence in their bodies.
Body Transformation Coaching is available as a 3-month or 6-month program. You can choose to pay upfront or select a monthly payment option if paying all at once feels financially challenging. I want this coaching to be accessible while still providing the structure and commitment needed for real, lasting results.
I don’t offer 1-month coaching because real, sustainable body transformation takes time — one month isn’t enough to build habits, create consistency, or make meaningful, lasting changes.
No. Because this is a highly personalized program, all sales are final and cancellations or pauses are not available. From the moment you begin, I work with you personally and create everything specifically for you — your training program, nutrition plan, guidance, and ongoing support. You receive immediate access to custom materials and individualized coaching that cannot be reused or transferred.
For this reason, once coaching begins, the program cannot be canceled or paused.
