His leadership experience includes building, developing, and managing high performing teams and branches nationwide, with annual production volumes reaching up to $100 million.

In addition to his leadership accomplishments, Todd has consistently been a top producer in every organization he has served, with multiple years exceeding $40 million in personal loan production. His deep expertise spans both sales and operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process from beginning to end.
