During this call, we get to know each other better. We’ll discuss your pain points, goals, and vision, as well as your Salesforce journey to date. We’ll spend some time discussing your business structure and your tech stack, and get alignment on what a win looks like. Our team will provide you with a detailed follow-up after every call, and a recording of each call to share with other stakeholders.
In this call, we’ll go deep on your key business processes. We’ll want to look at your current systems and data as well. We’ll ask a lot of questions to develop a comprehensive understanding of how and why you operate the way you do. For more complex projects, additional scoping sessions may be needed.
Our team of consultants will review what we’ve learned from you over the course of the initial sessions, pulling in experts from similar industries and use cases, as well as architects and developers if necessary, to craft an approach to your project.
During this call, we will read back what we heard from you throughout the process and verify alignment on the objectives of the project and what a win looks like. We will then spend some time discussing the scope of work in detail, along with the budget and timeline. You’ll leave the call with a complete understanding of how we’ll execute the project together.

Weekly Status Reports
Clients get a weekly update on the project status, including the progress, risks, and plan for the upcoming week.

Regular Client Meetings
Client meetings typically occur weekly. We review the overall progress on the project, discuss feedback, and finalize the plan for the upcoming week.

Internal Debrief Meetings
After each client meeting, we meet internally to ensure that all action items are planned for and documented so that we can deliver on all promises made to the client.

Project Overview
Every day we update and check current activities against a Project Overview to ensure that we are meeting project goals and staying on track.

Daily Task List
We prioritize work with a daily task list specific to each of our team members, ensuring that we are efficiently moving projects forward and that nothing gets missed.

Client Videos
We record videos to demo solutions we’ve configured, respond to client questions, and document configurations. These videos are posted in our project management tool and are accessible to clients at any time.

Consistent Client Communication
We utilize Basecamp as our project management tool. It’s easy for clients to use and helps us provide complete transparency so clients can always see exactly where their project stands.
Your direct point of contact throughout is available whenever you need them. Each project leader is supported by a team of certified consultants and solutions architects.
We’ve helped hundreds of businesses across a variety of industries build scalable systems. We’ll bring fresh ideas and insights to every call. If we see poor processes or areas that can be improved, we’ll call them out.
We’ve been in your shoes and we speak your language.
We use the Agile project management methodology to deliver quickly, involving you in the entire lifecycle: planning, building, testing, training, deployment, and change management. Every week, you’ll see substantial progress.
We set up a project in our online project management tool so you have full visibility into our efforts and seamless communication with our team. We’ll hold meetings at least weekly, and will deliver written status reports as well. When we are ready to deploy, we’ll produce custom training videos and host guided sessions on how to use your cool new tools.
Salesforce is useless if no one in your company wants to use it. That’s why adoption is high on our priority list. Of course, training is important, but adoption is at the top of our minds in every solution we develop. Is it easy? Intuitive? If not, we iterate until it is.
