The team started in 2004 to solve special-purpose automation problems for clients and later pivoted to building a standard technology stack spanning across hardware, firmware, and software to tackle bigger supply chain problems.

Over the last few years, the organization has made rapid strides and has carved out a niche in cutting-edge technologies such as Sortation Systems, Robotics ASRS, Conveyor Automation, Vision Systems, and IoT.

Foundation (2004)

A team of 2 people start as Customized Machine Builders (SPM) under the brand name of Futuristic Robotics.

Hit 1 Million Mark (2005)

Company bags the first order worth INR 1 million from an Automotive Component Manufacturer.

Initial Growth Phase (2010)

Team strength grows to 45 people as the company acquires multiple clients in the Auto, Pharma, and Consumer Electronics industries.

Brand Name (2012)

Futuristic Robotics curates a separate division for “Standard Products” under the brand name of Falcon Autotech.

First Product Launch (2013)

Falcon Autotech launches its first product, a Dimension and Weight Scanning System, and installs it at Jabong.com (now a subsidiary of Walmart Flipkart Group).

New Manufacturing Unit and First Sorter Order (2014)

Company moves to a new manufacturing unit in Greater Noida. The company also bags its first order for Sorter and Put to Light from a leading Express Logistics Company.

Product Portfolio Expansion (2015)

Company launches a series of Products: Tilt Tray Sorter, Linear Arm Sorter, and Pick/Put to Light System. Falcon Autotech bags several high-profile automation projects from Blue Dart DHL, Delhivery, Aramex, and Flipkart.

Global Expansion (2016)

Product installations in 12 countries across the APAC, GCC, USA, and China.

Global Partners Network and New Products Launch (2017)

Falcon Autotech develops a network of global partners with representations in the UK, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and China. The company also bags some of its biggest warehouse automation projects in India. New products introduced: Shoe Sorter, Cross Belt Sorter, and Pop-Up Sorter add up to the product portfolio.

Making to the Global Top 20 List (2018)

The company sets up its first sorter in Europe. Falcon Autotech is ranked amongst the top 20 Global players in the Sorting Automation Market.

Growth Phase

Global sales agreement signed with Alstef Group for six countries. Opens India’s largest warehouse automation plant in Greater Noida and starts global expansion Team size continues to grow, with 550+ on-roll employees

Falcon 2.0 (2023)

Launched India's first 3-dimensional ASRS system, named NEO, as part of our robotics solution. Introduced an XL-sized sorter to meet B2B parcel sortation requirements. Opened Falcon’s offices in the Middle East, Australia/New Zealand (ANZ), and the UK, along with a new corporate office in Noida. Revamped the brand with a new identity to enhance focus and customer-driven service.
