Our Leadership
Mario Caballero founded Extraordinary Conceptions in 2005, inspired by his own journey to parenthood. More than 24 years ago, he and his wife welcomed twins through surrogacy, an experience that gave him a profound understanding of the hopes and challenges intended parents face. With a long and successful career in healthcare insurance and the medical industry, Mario brought a unique blend of professional expertise and personal empathy into the fertility world. He continues to travel internationally to meet intended parents one-on-one, offering guidance and support rooted in both knowledge and lived experience.
Today, Mario leads a team of over thirty dedicated professionals, many of whom are former surrogates, egg donors, or parents through assisted reproduction themselves.
This combination of personal experience and professional expertise allows Extraordinary Conceptions to deliver compassionate, personalized care to every family they serve. Supported by bilingual staff across multiple languages, Mario and his team are committed to guiding intended parents, surrogates, and donors through every step of the journey with dignity, respect, and unwavering support.
