Our History
Expert Analytics was founded in 2013 by Åsmund Ødegård and Ola Skavhaug, both researchers at Simula Research Laboratory. Their work focused on developing advanced numerical simulation software in a modular, scalable, and high-performance way.
They started the company to apply similar methods to industrial problems. Many of their early assumptions proved wrong, but their problem-solving skills and coding experience laid the foundation for Expert Analytics.
