Scene Study at Evolv is the foundation of training at the studio, using techniques from Ivana Chubbuck and Howard Fine. Actors learn to break down scripts, connect emotionally, and create truthful, compelling performances on camera.
Monologues & Scene Work
Monday 7 pm - 11 pm with Victor Love
Monologues & Scene Work builds on foundational training by using monologues to deepen technique through the work of Ivana Chubbuck and Howard Fine. Actors develop greater emotional depth, range, and specificity—strengthening their ability to deliver powerful, dynamic performances in scene work.
Improv - Reality Builders
Tuesday 7 pm - 11 pm with Anthony Goolsby
Reality Builders is a 4-week improvisation class designed to help actors and creatives build authentic, compelling performances without relying on a script. Focused on presence, listening, emotional truth, and instinct, students learn to trust themselves, respond in real time, and bring scenes to life through structured exercises and applied improv work. By the end of the course, participants will feel more confident performing unscripted, strengthen their on-camera presence, and create believable, instinct-driven performances.
Auditioning on Camera
Wednesday 7 pm - 11 pm with Victor Love
Wednesday On-Camera focuses on audition and on-camera techniques that help actors book the job. Through practical, filmed work, actors refine their presence, make strong choices, and learn how to deliver confident, camera-ready performances.
