Bespoke learning and assessment packages
Teachers are able to monitor student progress in real-time and individually, to ensure we put in place additional learning and support material in the areas they need to develop. They develop bespoke learning and assessment packages to meet their needs quickly and easily (…) and enable our students to succeed and progress into some of the best destinations, from regional garages to national motorsport teams.

Increased learning retention
Electude has helped the Automotive Department take its curriculum into the technical age and stay up to date with technologies in the transportation industry. We think it’s an amazing platform to teach our students both introductory and advanced concepts. We have seen an increase in retention of the learning objectives and practical application of theory after having the students use Electude instead of traditional textbook materials.

Better engagement through gaming
I used the courses and the modules in Electude to have the students guide themselves through the learning while I was there to answer questions and to help them with any problems they might come up against. Electude does a very good job of engaging a student. The Electude platform is very much a gaming platform, which we all know is what a lot of our students appreciate.

Simplicity and ease
Electude’s platform has been a very pleasant novelty. It has brought simplicity and ease to established teaching processes. It helps explain in a very clear way concepts that can sometimes be confusing or complex. The tools linked to physics concepts that are applicable in various areas of daily life are of great help. And in this context of remote learning, the simulator is the best tool that we could apply.

Students learn better with Electude
Students learn better with Electude. We work with textbooks, but many students see them more as paperweights. Images should be colored, should move and show changes. Also, the students can control their learning speed, which is particularly important for students with learning disabilities who would otherwise be overwhelmed. This helps bring heterogeneous learners together. And also gives the stronger students the opportunity to develop further.

A success with my students
Teaching with the Electude platform has been a success with my students. It has served them well, and they have told me that they have learned and understood better than with other courses received. (…) It is an excellent learning process since you learn at all times: theory, interactive practice with the simulator and evaluations.

Excellent simulator
The modules are full of information and animations that capture our students’ attention and clarify their doubts. The virtual workshop simulator is excellent because the students feel they are doing a real job, since it has a customer complaint sheet, tools, and diagnostic equipment. They can change damaged parts and even close the order in the invoice after having made the correct repair.

Breadth of content
Students can access this product from anywhere on multiple devices. With that said, one of the best features of Electude is the breadth of content. Electude is used by many of our faculty with their students as a pre-lab requirement. Students will be given modules to complete so they have a good grasp of the content before coming to class/lab, making the learning session go smoother.

The present and future of teaching
I am sure Electude platform is the present and future in the teaching of automotive mechanics and other disciplines. I’m just wondering why we couldn’t have discovered Electude before!
