While standard manufacturers maintain tolerances of ±2mm for installation and stroke length, we achieve an exceptional ±1mm. We also possess specialized expertise in producing ultra-long stroke gas springs, along with precise control over ejection speed and damping performance.
In quality control, for specially customized orders, we provide two free samples for customer approval before commencing production. Each gas spring is assigned a unique identification number and undergoes rigorous inspection prior to shipment. Additionally, we record 10 product performance test videos for final confirmation before delivery.
