Construction Management
The Construction Management approach is one that one relies upon early input in the project lifecycle and design process by a qualified CM firm, with continued guidance through project completion. D&D Building relies upon its experience, market knowledge and technology to provide clients with the best information and direction when utilizing a construction management agreement. Bringing D&D Building in during the design process will help clients understand the cost and schedule implications continually throughout the early project’s planning stages. Design-Build
