These terms apply to the use of www.digitizer.studio and services provided by Digitizer (“the company”, “we”). Using the website constitutes agreement to these terms.

Services

Digitizer provides website development, hosting, maintenance, and automation services for businesses. Service details, scope, and pricing are agreed separately with each client.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website – text, designs, logos, code, images, and professional content – is the property of Digitizer or used under license. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without express written permission.

Work created for clients becomes client property after full payment, except for general components (internal code, templates, tools) which remain Digitizer’s property.

Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided “as is.” Digitizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website, including: data loss, business loss, or reliance on published information.

Blog content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

Price Adjustments

Prices for ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, retainers) are adjusted annually in accordance with the Consumer Price Index or a fixed rate agreed upon in the service agreement. Price adjustments allow us to continue providing high-quality service and invest in infrastructure, tools, and security.

Notice of price adjustments will be sent at least 30 days in advance.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Managed hosting services include:

  • 99.9% server uptime
  • Daily automatic backups
  • Security monitoring and software updates
  • Response time for critical issues: up to 4 hours on business days
  • Response time for general requests: up to 24 hours on business days

Retainer services include:

  • Monthly work hours as defined in the agreement
  • Bug fixes and technical issues
  • WordPress, plugin, and theme updates
  • Ongoing technical consultation

Not included (without additional payment):

  • Structural or major design changes
  • New feature development
  • Fixing damage caused by third parties or unauthorized changes
  • Backup restoration due to client-initiated changes

Service cancellation:

Ongoing services may be cancelled with 30 days advance notice. Cancellation before the commitment period ends is subject to agreement terms.

Marketing Communications

Marketing materials will be sent only with your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Digitizer against any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website in violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

Updates

Digitizer may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
