Billing and Invoicing Support

Your license key is sent automatically by email once your payment has been successfully processed. In most cases, this takes only a few seconds (up to a few minutes). For alternative payment methods (such as bank transfers), your license key will be delivered after the payment is received and confirmed. If you don't receive your license key, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support.

We offer a user-based licensing model, designed to give you flexibility and value.

• A single license is assigned to one user
• You can install and use the software on multiple devices
• It works across different operating systems (e.g., Windows and macOS)
• The software may only be used by the licensed user

Perpetual licenses and Renewals

Your license never expires.
The purchase also includes 1 year of free updates and upgrades. After this period:

• You can renew your maintenance to continue receiving updates
• Or keep using the last version available to you

Because we offer a fully functional trial version, all sales are generally considered final.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis after a written request (email is sufficient), for example:
